Why we exist
A $695 annual fee only pencils out for an issuer because most of the credits attached to it expire unclaimed.
That is not an accident of design. A $20 monthly credit is not one decision a year — it is twelve, each one silent, each worth exactly as much as remembering it. Spread that across a wallet of two or three premium cards and the unclaimed total reaches four figures without anyone noticing, because no single missed deadline is large enough to feel like a loss.
The same pattern runs through everything else you hold. Elite status entitles you to breakfast and a late checkout that a front desk will quietly not offer. Your card already carries primary collision coverage, so the waiver sold at the rental counter is coverage you are buying twice. A delayed flight in Europe triggers a statutory payment that services will file for you in exchange for a third of it.
None of this is hidden, exactly. It is simply spread across benefit guides, programme terms and regulations that change often enough that keeping up with them is a job. We made it ours.

A wrong balance is worse than no balance
If we tell you a credit is spent and it isn't, you lose the money and blame us. So inferred figures are always shown as suggestions you confirm, never asserted as fact, and every entry carries where it came from.
Commission never steers a recommendation
We earn on hotel bookings, and ranking is commission-blind by construction rather than by policy. We would rather tell you the cheaper direct booking is better and keep the membership.
Silence is a feature
Notifications are timed to real deadlines, not a marketing calendar. If nothing is expiring, we say nothing.
We do not need your bank
The whole thing works from a list of what you hold. Connecting transactions is optional and always has been.
