Declare what you carry
Cards, loyalty programmes, status tiers. Two minutes, and nothing is connected to your bank.
Grandeur Pass finds the credits, upgrades and coverage sitting unclaimed in the cards you already carry — then makes sure you use them before they expire.

How it works
You tell us what is in your wallet. We hold the rules, watch the deadlines, and tell you before something expires rather than after.
Cards, loyalty programmes, status tiers. Two minutes, and nothing is connected to your bank.
Every credit, cadence, enrolment requirement and qualifying condition — maintained as issuers change them.
A calendar that tells you what expires this month, and what you are owed on the trip you are already taking.
What the membership recovers
Monthly, quarterly and annual statement credits, held against their real deadlines.
The monthly ones do the most damage — $240 a year dying in twelve separate silent deadlines. We surface each one before it expires, not after.
Breakfast, suite upgrades, guaranteed late checkout.
We separate what is contractual from what is discretionary, and give you the language for the front desk when a property declines something you are entitled to.
Rental collision, trip delay, lost baggage, trip cancellation.
It lives in a benefits PDF nobody reads, so people buy it a second time at the rental counter and never file the claims they would win.
What you can walk into with the cards and status you already hold.
Including who you are allowed to bring, which is where most of the confusion actually sits.
EU261, UK261 and the US DOT refund rule.
Filing services take 25–35% of what they recover. We flag eligibility the moment a delay crosses the threshold, and Concierge files on your behalf.
Programs we track
Programmes whose benefit terms we track — not commercial partnerships. Issuers change credits, enrolment requirements and qualifying logic constantly, and there is no feed for any of it.
A worked year
A $20 monthly credit is not one decision a year. It is twelve, each one silent, each one worth exactly as much as remembering it. That structure is deliberate — breakage is how a $695 annual fee pencils out for the issuer.

Questions
No. You tell us which cards you hold and we build your calendar from that. Connecting transactions is optional, and even then we treat it as assistance rather than truth — an inferred balance is always shown as a suggestion you confirm, never asserted as fact. A wrong balance is worse than no balance.
You could, and some people do. The work is not the list, it is maintaining it — issuers change terms, enrollment requirements and qualifying merchant logic constantly, and there is no feed for any of it. We maintain that corpus so your calendar stays correct without you re-reading a benefits guide every January.
Membership, and a commission when you book a hotel through us. The commission never affects what we recommend — ranking is commission-blind by construction rather than by policy. We would rather tell you the cheaper direct booking is better and keep the membership.
The compensation engine is strongest in Europe, where EU261 and UK261 create real statutory entitlements. Card credit coverage is deepest in the US, where premium card density is highest. Both work; which one carries more value depends on where you fly.
At some properties, yes — those running the check-in platforms we integrate with, plus serviced apartments, which are digital by design. At the major chains, no: check-in and digital keys are locked to their own apps. We show you which is which at booking rather than letting you discover it in a lobby.
